Mr. Yancy is a health care systems consultant with over 25 years of consulting experience. He has years of experience as a director, manager and senior consultant in health care information systems with a regional and two international accounting firms. Serving as the interim CIO for a MSO to community clinics, he has developed a specialty in the design, evaluation, selection and implementation of health care information systems.
He began his career in information systems by developing and installing computer software and hardware for IBM.
Mr. Yancy has assisted over 50 health care facilities with strategic information systems planning; system selection, process improvement studies and system implementation projects.
